I remember trying the P90X ABripper session over a year ago, before getting pregnant with baby #4 but forgot how bad it hurts my tailbone. It literally kills me! I dont know if its because after 4 pregnancies, something got shifted or what....but there is no way I can do the abripper like I was planning...its so painful. I am really bummed.

I found the Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack and thought about trying that....

I am at goal weight, but am training for a 10k and would like to start adding in some strength training to tone myself up (Or hope to anyway!)

Any good ab workout dvds that are upright or at least not putting a lot of pressure on my tailbone?

I have the Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack and it is a lot of full body exercises not much floor work and it still ripps my abs apart! i did it saturday (4 days ago) and am finally not feeling too sore! I plan on doing it again tonight. I have a really week back so the only problem i've had w/ it are the burpees and the 'super man' type move.

curious to see what other videos people reccommend!

I really liked 6 week 6 pack, it had a lot of ab moves that I hadn't seen before. I do it every once in a while and it kills! She adds some cardio in there to keep the blood flowing and does a bunch of standing ab work too. But, I don't know if it's similar to P90x Ab ripper or not because I've never tried it.

Thanks! I tried the Jillian and it was way better! It seems like it will be a good workout for me :)
