I'm not sure if this has been posted, but they're doing a bag of individually wrapped chicken breasts (between 7 and 9) for £10 All suitable for freezing as well. I got 8, so £1.25 each! Just lettin y'all know, thats the cheapest I've found breast! If anyone has any cheaper places tell me please?

I realised before, if I'd gained 22lbs rather than losing them, I'd have been 296lbs now D: bit of a shock there! And rather than going down as I am, going up! Zumbathon - Any tips?
I'm doing a charity Zumbathon on Sunday, which is basically 3 hours of Zumba. I should be okay through it, one hour leaves me a bit tired but able to do more, and you can leave at any point if you're gonna die! Does anyone have any tips/things I should be aware of? I'd love to be able to do the full 3.

Sore shoulder, what can I do?
Right I've got an infection on my shoulder (gross I know..) and on antibiotics from the doc. However where it is means i can't move my arm much without pain, and even walking can hurt it with impact :( This means all my normal exercise I can't do! so what CAN I do? Or would I be better just really watching food this week…

Feel like giving up :(
I tried really hard, lost 5lbs the 1st week, gained 3, lost 6, and now i seem to have ended up heavier than i started. I've ended up getting obsessed with weighing, which doesnt help, as i've apparenly put on 4lbs since monday which I dont think is possible. My food has been getting worse, because I just dont see a point…

DVDs in a Flat
I live in a 2nd floor flat, and really want to start doing more work out dvds, but I'm terrified to jump in it. I dont want to be a horrific neighbour, and tbh I'm pretty sure at this weight i'll fall through :p I badly want to do 30DS but how practical is that? I normally have an alright diet, not often above my calories although some poor choices, I've only just started 5 days ago though, so I'm easing in. Joining the Gym - Think I'll be laughed at
There is a cheap gym right by my flat, so no excuse on getting there or cost. The only thing thats stopping me is i'm pretty sure everyone in there will be laughing at me. :( Anyone had those fears? Was it as bad as you thought it would be?
