If you'd gained what you'd lost...

I realised before, if I'd gained 22lbs rather than losing them, I'd have been 296lbs now D: bit of a shock there! And rather than going down as I am, going up!

So if you'd gained the weight you've lost instead, what would you have weighed?

I'm not really good at wording things..so basically your heighest/start weight + your loss.

:D

If I gained what I lost I would weigh 301. That is a scary, scary thought! 276 was bad enough!

    237 was my start. I'm at 162 today, so that's 75. If I'd gained that, 237+75=312.

I'm so grateful I found MFP when I did.

Wow never thought of it that way... I'd be 132. Putting me in the overweight category for my height.
Crazy. I think it takes the same amount of effort to put on weight as it is to take it off. So I'm glad I made the choice to move the scale downward.

Today was the first time I thought it as well...chances are if I hadn't found MFP I'd be on the way up there.
