Zumba weight loss?
Has anyone had a lot of success with zumba? I'm an instructor, and started teaching Zumba pretty much at 220 lbs about a year and a half ago. I've lost 55 lbs so far with it and went from barely being able to manage 15 minutes of class, to working out/teaching 13 hours a week sometimes. I'd love to hear anyone else's…

Fall 6 Week challenge folks
We're starting today! :) So I tried to add a bit to my workout. I taught Zumba for 60 minutes, then did 5 minutes on the stairmaster (level 8, ugh) and then 10 minute run on the treadmill, and some ab work for another 10 minutes. Settling down to a spinach salad and chili for lunch. How is everyone feeling today??
