So I did some calculations this morning, and I have averaged .61 lbs a week lost. There are basically 24 weeks left in the challenge. I set my goal to be at 170lbs by the end of the challenge. Week 8 Day 1 Check-In! I got 2.75 Miles in on the treadmill today! **As usual weekend step count was not as high as during the week but I got around 7k steps on Sat and just over 10k steps on Sunday!

Proud of myself today, I very rarely make it to the gym on Monday's ( Monday's are hard enough to get out of bed am I right? lol) But I did it, I did about 2 miles on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the stairmaster and a little bit of ab work too.
