Morning.. My top half of my body seems to be taking shape but I've had no progress on the bottom half yet.. I know it will eventually happen but it can be disheartening when you don't see it.. Do you have any progress pics of legs and time scales that it took?? Thanks :-)

I bought a Ki Fit a few weeks back and im shocked by how many calories I allegedly burn in a day. I havent done any exercise whilst wearing the band but my average daily burn is around 2800 and 3400 when I am in work. calorie counting or zigzag calories??
I have 21lbs left to lose and im switching from slimming world to calorie counting. . I dont know whether to calorie count as normal and eat back exercise calories or to zig zag my calories to include exercise calories? What has worked for others? X

NROLFW for weight loss???
So far I have lost 38lbs but have another 28 to go, I bought the NROLFW a few weeks ago but have been too nervous to start it... Should I wait until I have lost a bit more weight to start or will it help with the weight loss? How much have people lost doing this programme? X

How much weight did you lose doing 30DS?
I'm starting the 30 day shred today and was just wondering how much weight people have lost doing it? Also how long did you stay at each level for? I know they say 10 days for each but has anyone advanced to levels 2 and 3 quicker and seen better results? Sorry for all the questions :-) X
