T25 or Running to slim thighs?

Hi

I need some advice... I currently do a Group Power class 2-3 times a week, it is a lot like body pump and is a barbell based class.. I have noticed an improvement in my upper body and seem to be losing inches in this area..

I have large thighs and *kitten* which are quite flabby (uk 14), I really want to reduce this area.. As well as my Group power classes should I add in running or T25 to slim my thighs? ?

I'm currently eating at a 500-750 calorie deficit...

    Do heavy weight lifting that will target the legs like squats, leg press, lunges, leg extensions, hamstring curls etc. Lose the fat through your diet.
