Jefit & New Rules of Lifting for Women?
A friend of mine linked stage 1 of NROLFW for me on my jefit app but I can't seem to find any of the other stages there. When I search on my app it doesn't come up and I can't find the search function online. I've tried googling but only stage 1 comes up. Does anyone have a link for the other stages?

12 lb difference with NROL4W
So far I've lost 27 lbs but the difference between these photos is only 12 lbs. I have been doing Stage 1 of the New Rules of Lifting For Women (one more to go before Stage 2) and using my BMF to maintain approx a 600 cal/day deficit. On the left I weighed 180lbs and now I weigh 168lbs.

I didn't realize there were two different BMF's...I bought one a few days ago and just noticed there are two kinds. Both appear to sync with smart phones. Does anyone know the difference between the two?

Ok so at 175lbs I'm not HUGE but I sure am flabby! My butt and thighs are pretty big and very flabby. Will I ever actually be able to have nice tone legs?? Does anyone have before/after pics from flabby to firm? I'm nervous that I'm going to end up thin but with lots of extra skin:ohwell:
