I'm looking for women who are successfully losing weight...preferably down to their last 10-30lbs...who are willing to show their food & exercise diary. I'm hoping to see some really healthy meal plans in particular:flowerforyou: I'm looking to see what/how much you eat and how much you exercise.

Mine is public - down 16 lbs in 13 weeks eating healthy and working out with ChaLEAN Extreme and Turbo Jam/Turbo Fire. Just under 30 to go and hoping to get there by summer 2012 :happy:0

I don't know what weight I'm shooting for but I'm almost done. I took a 2 month break and maintained and started yesterday again to try and lose what's left o my belly and tone. I'm guessing I could lose another 10-15 but I'll let the mirror be the judge. Feel free to add me0

You can look at my diary any time - although I don't quite fit your criteria. I have been working at getting fitter/healthier/thinner since October 3 and I still have a long way to go. However, i faithfully log every morsel I put in my mouth and I think I am eating well. I love good food and am a very good cook. One thing about my diary - I usually log ingredients instead of the name of the dish because I find the recipe adding function way too cumbersome. So, for example, today at lunch I made a frittata but in my food diary it says 1 egg, 1 tbsp raw onions, 1 tsp oil etc... Feel free to ask me if you have questions.

I've reached goal weight by *mostly* eating well but I certainly won't be publishing my food diary as a diet plan or recommending that anyone follows it. :bigsmile:
Still, it may show you that you can have bad days and still improve your weight, diet and fitness overall.0 -
Mine is open have at it, I would like to lose ten more lbs but it isnt necessary. My eating habits are not healthy though, in the sense of calories and I know that, I workout alternating Insanity and running and I also play flag football. I'm not sure how my lack of calories affects me but it may be why I can't lose this last ten.0

Mine is open - down to a 1/2 lb but I am trying really hard to be good! (have not been this past week.....started up again yesterday). I eat lots of veggies, fish, rice, chicken, etc.0

Mine is always open, I eat way too many carbs. LOL. The last 10lbs was a bear, and learning to maintain is tricky also.0

Sure! I am pretty consistent but have a few off days the last few months, and I'm also training for a half marathon. Also, all of the frozen stuff is because I'm a college student haha0

If I logged my food you could! When I started trying seriously to lose weight (January) I logged everything - but I was eating quite a restricted range of food and not exercising.
Then I joined the gym and went 3 times a week. At about that point I stopped logging.
Then my back grew strong enough for me to run on the treadmill without it hurting.
Then I started Couch to 5K.
Then I finished that and started Bridge to 10K.
I've reached my goal weight (BMI 22.5) and lost a couple more pounds. I don't go mad with food but I have what I want. At the moment I'm running about 15 miles a week but I'm planning to extend my long run to prepare for a 10K race I'm doing in Feb.
I'd say that logging all your food is a great way to start - for me it's tricky as we eat a lot of home-cooked food and my OH cooks (I'm very lucky) so would be hard to calculate. But for me finding a form of exercise that I love has made a big difference.0 -

My diary is private...AND gonna stay that way BUT I can tell you I have lost 30 lbs roughly and my goal is set to .5lb per week. With that I can eat 1810 cals a day and I usually am pretty close. I work out a few days a week burning about 250cals a time and I always eat those back. I do often leave 200ish cals at dinner for red wine! I can't stop! :P I am all about moderation. I never gave up drinking and I never gave up sweets. I just did everything in moderation and with exercise and lost 30lbs!0

you can view mine, i might not eat clean but i stay under my calories and TRY to watch my soduim and carbs ext., my main goal right now is to get to 150, thats only 12 more lbs to go, then depending on how i feel and look i may work twords a lower goal but for now thats all im reallly after0

Yep! In the last 7 weeks, I have lost nearly 9 pounds. I had been at a 9 month plateau previously. I am about 5 pounds to my goal.

Mine is open. Feel free to look! I'm only looking to lose about 5 or 8 pounds.. but I'm more concerned about eating healthy than losing weight. I still slip up , but I think that's ok.0
