12 lb difference with NROL4W

So far I've lost 27 lbs but the difference between these photos is only 12 lbs. I have been doing Stage 1 of the New Rules of Lifting For Women (one more to go before Stage 2) and using my BMF to maintain approx a 600 cal/day deficit.
On the left I weighed 180lbs and now I weigh 168lbs.

AMAZING progress!
You'll have to edit the photo in Photobucket to be no more than 600 pixels wide to fit in the space allowed on MFP.

Wonderful! My local bookstore will have the book later this week. I'm meeting with a trainer for the first time this morning. I'm currently 168 but can't wait to see the difference that lifting brings! Great job!0
