12 lb difference with NROL4W

So far I've lost 27 lbs but the difference between these photos is only 12 lbs. I have been doing Stage 1 of the New Rules of Lifting For Women (one more to go before Stage 2) and using my BMF to maintain approx a 600 cal/day deficit.

On the left I weighed 180lbs and now I weigh 168lbs.
