Crystal Light Causing Back Pain??
I started using the Crystal Light Energy on the go packets a couple days ago for an added energy boost during the day. I'm a stay at home mom with 3 kids. All day long I'm running around the house cleaning up behind them, doing laundry, washing dishes etc. Does all that count as exercise?
