Can anyone tell me if I need to log this under walking or aerobic exercise?? Thanks!:flowerforyou:

    i logged it as walking but noticed low impact aerobics and walking were the same for calories burned

    I log it as walking. I figured it would be 'safer' to log fewer cals burned than more.

    I use my HRM to do this. In 30 minutes (2 miles), I burn approx. 220 calories.
