Day 14 of 30 Day Shred Results & Pics

Good Knee Brace?
Hello, I have PTS in my right knee, essentially I have a crooked knee cap. It causes me a lot of pain doing lunges/squats and it twists easily during cardio. Ok, Day 7 Results of 30 Day Shred
Since last Tuesday I've lost: 1 pound Arms: 1/4 in Thighs: 1/4 in Waist: 1/2 in Hips: 1/2 in I'm so happy with the quick results.
