Newbie from Dallas

I just joined mfp on Monday night. My husband and I started the 30 day shred on Tuesday and are very motivated. :) We have both done Weight Watchers for about 4 years...he lost 50 lbs and I lost 25. Since then I've gained back about 13 pounds and am wanting to try a new approach!

I am 5'1.5" & around 135 pounds right now. I don't know what weight I need to be at, but to be honest I don't really care. At this point I just want to be fit and trim, wherever that number is on the scale is fine with me. Day 3 on the 30 day shred and I am quite sore, but from all I've seen of the success stories I really can't wait for the 30 days to be up and see what I'm left with. On January 9th we are starting a 4 week boot camp and then after that I'm planning to do 6 week 6 pack.

It's so inspiring to see all the people here changing their lives!
