protein challenge!
Its difficult to meet protein goals! So far today I've had natural yogurt, cottage cheese, ham, babybel, cheese string and milk (in my cups of tea) And that's only 33g of protien. it thinks I've lost 0lbs
Does anyone know why it always says 0lbs lost when I log in, or open the app? My fitbit app says I've lost 6lbs since may 23.... And the data from that syncs to mfp automatically!

OK so I do half an hour on my exercise bike averaging 10 - 12 kmh Bike computer says I burned over 400 cals.... Obviously way too high.
