takeaways

I try to log as accurately as possible and I think I do pretty well.

But the only junk food I can't pass up is a takeaway from my local Indian restaurant.

How on earth do I log this?

I'll have a chicken madras but only take half the container.

I'll dish up half the container of rice but usually leave some on my plate.

I'll also break off about a quarter of the nan bread, and leave it at that.

Oh and half a poppadaum and dips.


I tried to log it using generic Indian takeaway entries.... It came up to 913 cals.

But obviously this could easily be miles off!

Now I don't believe in cheat days so ive all eaten today other than that was a wholemeal pita with some salad and some cottage cheese (50g) - so I'm just hoping this balances it out?

But in reality I have NO idea!
