How do you all make sure you get enough protein?

I've been making a real effort.

I had 2 large eggs at lunch today and thought... Great loads of protien... Well it barely scratched the surface!

I really like chicken, turkey, cottage cheese, tuna, skimmed milk. Its still a struggle!

I've been told I need to up my protein because I've been eating too few cals which has probably been eating away at my muscle rather than just fat.

Is this right?

    i use protein shakes whenever i cant get enough from meats or other "real" alternatives. try milk too

    exercise has more of an impact on muscle loss then protein, but it is definitely a factor

    eta; it may be a webmd article, but it has some good info on protein intake
