Daily Challenge?
anyone up for a daily fitness challenge? I saw this idea on Pinterest and thought it was neat....each day (or night before) post a exercise challenge for the group to attempt. Do the best you can - if you make it though great, if not...do what you can! So ill start by posting this challenge....bonus if you do lunges etc…

under calories
Between breastfeeding and exercising im always left with ALOT of calories leftover. Im not feeling hungry so I dont think I should be eating more just to eat up the calories...what do you think?

Lesson Learned
before going out to lunch check the calorie counts online. I got back from lunch and entered my food and almost had a heart attack from how many calories I ate at lunch!!!!
