3-4kg weight gain but clothes arent tighter
I reached my goal weight of 50kg about a year ago, since then I have gone up 3 or 4kg on the scale however I think I look the same and my clothes don't feel any tighter. What do you make of that? Any ideas or help?

Do you continue to weigh in during maintenance?
Or do you just go by how your clothes fit? Also, how many kg/lbs do you have open for your maintenance range?

Is too much fruit bad?
I know some people say if you eat a ton of fruit each day that it's bad because they have sugar, but is it really that bad? I have next to no processed sugary foods but I do eat a lot of fruit each day. Can this be bad for maintenance?

Silly question, but I would love opinions
Again, sorry if this sounds stupid. I weigh 50kg/110lbs and I fluctuate onto 51kg/11lbs quite frequently, so my question is.. Do I write online/tell others when they ask how much I weigh/etc that I am 50kg, or tell them that I am my fluctuation weight of 51kg? What would you do? Thanks :happy:

QUESTION for the ladies! period & weight related
Sorry in advance if this is a silly question but I am seriously intrigued! I'm on the contraception pill, but last month I decided to skip my period and continue onto a new packet.. Ever since then, i've noticed a difference on the scale.. Does skipping your period actually make you way more than usual?

How do you know your body is done losing anymore weight?
