Is too much fruit bad?

I know some people say if you eat a ton of fruit each day that it's bad because they have sugar, but is it really that bad? I have next to no processed sugary foods but I do eat a lot of fruit each day.

Can this be bad for maintenance?

Unless you have a medical condition that requires you to pay special attention to sugar and carbs there is no reason you can't eat your fruit. Just keep your calories in line with your goal to lose, maintain, or gain.
  • My trainer tells me eating fruit at night is bad bc all the sugar in it just converts to fat.
