Is the saying true?
80% diet and 20% exercise? If you eat less (and better) can you lose weight even without (or very minimum) exercise? What is everyone's opinion :)

Scale not budging.
Been trying to lose some extra weight I gained this year but after every week I weigh in and nothing is lost. Argh, it really puts a damper on my spirit. How does everyone try to stay motivated if the weight isn't budging, I feel like giving in but I really don't want to :(

How much of a loss should I expect for someone my size?
I am 5'1 (154cm) and weigh about 125lbs. I want to get back down to 110lbs. How much is ideal for someone my size to lose a week? I think I am expecting too much of a loss when I step on the scale and I get disappointed when it doesn't happen. Any ideas?

Is too much fruit bad?
I hear some people saying that eating too much fruit a day is bad, and others say there's nothing bad about that. What are your opinions on snacking on fruit all day during weight-loss? Can it really jeopardise weight-loss or is that just a myth? Thanks.

SODA WATER DURING WEIGHTLOSS
How do people feel about soda water during losing weight. I feel much more full if I drink a glass during the day and during dinner, but is it bad? I am really clueless about soda water. What is your maintenance range?
I got down to my goal weight of 50kg (110lbs) but since then have gained a couple lbs, I weigh in always between 50kg-55kg (110lbs-121kg) Is this an okay maintenance range? I'm 5'1 tall as well. What is your maintenance range?
