Gained 11lbs within 6 months, how to get back on track?

Hi there! I hit my goal of 110lbs a while ago, however since Christmas, I had gained about 11lbs. I am desperate to get back on track to lose this excess weight but I am finding it difficult. Has anybody been in this same boat? It's been hard to control cravings and motivate myself to exercise, especially since it's winter here (I live in Australia)

Anybody have any tips?

    Put it behind you and start logging again. Set your goal to lose 0.5lbs a week as you don't have much to lose - it shouldn't be too much of a reduction.
