Been off track for a few months..

How do you get yourself back on track to lose weight? What motivates you?

    The way i feel in clothes, Iv been unmotivated lately and it makes me feel awful!

    My motivation is remembering how good I feel when I see the scale move in the right direction, when I fit into clothes I couldn't before, and also remembering where I started.

    If I can get from where I started to where I am now, I can get from where I am now to where I want to be. :happy:
