How many calories does everyone try and keep their dinner at?

Usually 500-700 for dinner.0 -
Anywhere from 300 - 800, depending what I ate earlier in the day. I find I'm more able to stop evening snacking if I stuff myself at dinner, and a small lunch doesn't bug me as much while I'm at work since I'm thinking about other stuff.0

800. I usually eat about half my calories by lunch, then have the rest at dinner. I am not a big snacker.

I try to get 2000 calories (minus exercise that nets 1500), so I split my four meals in 500 cals each, although sometimes I get a bit more or a bit less0

Most of my breakfasts are under 200, lunch and dinner are around 400 ..I like to eat after work around 200 (3 hours before dinner) which leaves 400 (pre exercise) for snackage0
