    When people are in the maintaining stage, they have a range they try to keep their weight within, and i'm wanting to know what everybody's range is.

    Ok. Mine will be about 3kilos. I've maintained before and usually stay within this range.
  • Five kilo's on either side of my target weight.

    I think about 2-3 kilos either side of my goal weight sounds about right.

    I've been at my goal weight before (last time was 7 years ago) and when things got tight around my waist, I knew it was time to watch what I was eating for a couple of weeks and then I was ok again. I think when it goes above 3-5kilos above goal, it seems to hard to get back down again, and things start to go awry... Better to keep the goal range tighter and it's easier to keep in check.

    There's really no need to even weigh in - clothes tell the story much better.

    As for being under goal... never happened in my case!! But I don't think I would want to go under my ultimate goal weight - and doubt it would ever happen anyway!!
