Which Heart Rate Monitor is the most accurate for calories?
I do a lot of workout DVDs and strength training, and I am starting to get really sick of guessing how many calories I've burned. For those of you that have experience with heart rate monitors, which one has been most effective/accurate for you?

So, today for my food diary, I was under my calorie limit (1200) by about 100. However, when I looked over at my fat, it was minus 27!
