Virtual Boot Camp help please
So can anyone help me with my routine. I am wanting to do just 30 minutes 4 times per week. 15 minutes cardio 10 minutes strengh (lunges, push ups etc) 5 minutes abs Do you think this is enough to see results? (combined with healthy eating) Also should I do the cardio all in one go or interval it?

Just discovered Fantasia. Steam chicken and low GI rice, tasty and seems pretty healthy to me. You even get fresh brocolli. Also like to get a made up salad with two hardboiled eggs for extra protein. What are you buying for your work lunch?

I never going to be able to quit drinking but I have at least limited it to just on the weekends. How did you know you had diabetes?
I have read up on the symptoms but just curious to know you noticed something was wrong. I need to go get tested as sometimes when I have sugar or high carb meal, two hours later I get dizzy and shaky and feel like I am going to pass out but I think this might by hypoglycemia.

Anyone have any trouble with the Polar F4? Only had it about 6 months and now it's not working. Keeps telling me to check transmitter. I have washed the strap twice now and still won't work, surely not needing new batterys already? Anyone anyone?
