So can anyone help me with my routine. I am wanting to do just 30 minutes 4 times per week.

15 minutes cardio

10 minutes strengh (lunges, push ups etc)

5 minutes abs

Do you think this is enough to see results? (combined with healthy eating)

Also should I do the cardio all in one go or interval it?

    Ok starting this today. Hopefully will start seeing results all my clothes are getting tighter and have not changed my eating.
