Think I am on my smart phone too often, checking msgs, facebook etc. Set my self a goal this morning of going 4 hours without looking. One hour down and it's harder than I thought.....who wants to join me?

    I went 2 weeks without it when I volunteered in Africa and in Ecuador. It was actually really nice... Not having to constantly worry where it is, if it needs to be charged, what's going on on Facebook, if I have a msg, blahblah. I found myself doing other things like writing in a journal, talking to people more or just exploring by myself.

    I'm a slave to my phone lol. I wouldn't be able to do it. I have instagram, pinterest, my blog, facebook, myfitnesspal, twitter, lol

    Your doing better then me I cant go 10mins without looking at my phone when Im not busy and I cant go more then an hour without looking at my phone when I am busy. To much going on right now with my personal life and all.
