I can go quite a while... If I am busy doing something I can last all day without thinking about or looking at my phone!

Heck no, I can't even go 60 seconds without checking my phone. I guess it doesn't help that my phone is so awesome, always something to play with

Best solution of all (for me) - no cell phone. To me, it's like being on a leash.

    awesome

No, I can't. I keep checking for messages from a certain someone. Never are any but I still look lol. Plus it's just habit now, I probably check my phone every 15-20 mins.

The only time I use my smart phone is when I'm checking my bank balance, email, or texting/calling....overall I'd say I'm on my phone a couple hours out of the day. :) Only time I stayed glued to it was when my husband was deployed to Iraq.

I turned my phone on last night after about 3-4 weeks of it being off. Not bothered in the slightest.

I am not embarassed at all to say that I have one cell phone, it;s a mid-90's model, and all I use it for is to have in the car if I am ever in an accident. It has no text capabilities whatsoever.

I believe there's nothing so important that can't wait, so if anyone needs to reach me, they can call me at home, e-mail me, or (gasp!) write me a letter. Might not work for everyone, but it works for me.

Think I am on my smart phone too often, checking msgs, facebook etc. Set my self a goal this morning of going 4 hours without looking. One hour down and it's harder than I thought.....who wants to join me?
    Yup

    Hell no.

I have a personal iPhone, a work iPhone, an iPad a laptop and a desktop that I stare at almost constantly. I wish that weren't the case.

I recently had a nightmare that I had a THIRD iPhone ... honest to God, I've never been more stressed out in my life.

I can easily ignore my phone. I hate being available to everyone all the time, so I'm not.
