Getting back on track
Well I have been off the “wagon” so to speak for the past 3 days. Thankfully I am not that far gone that I cannot get back on track. I have gained a couple of pounds but I am sure that is water weight (I have had way too much salt). So good luck to me on getting back on the road. Good luck to all of you as well!:smile:
