Mini-bootcamp suggestions

I have a busy schedule. I am a mother, work full-time, and go to school full-time. I get a week break in just a few weeks. Since I will have a little more free time than usual, I would like to kind of hit it hard with the exercise and fitness. Sort of do a mini-boot-camp if you will. I want to go to maximum intensity while I have some time to do so. It could be videos or anything. Does anyone have any suggestions?
