1 day calorie spike
So I've been training for a marathon and Sundays are my "long run" days. Of course I'm burning MAJOR calories that day... but not quite as much the rest of the week. Buying new running shoes today!!!
Suggestions?!?! My mom gave me $100 for new shoes so I want to stay below that. She was making up for the bad Christmas present of ShapeUps! Two runs in those and I pulled a hamstring! YUCK!
