Stress with my kid
My 5 year old keeps getting in trouble at school. Not listening and rough housing. It seems like the punshiments aren't getting taking the effect that I wanted. I hate the fact that he is labeled as a bad kids because he is so sweet and caring and smart. (maybe too smart). Any advice?

Chocolate Banana Overnight Oats ½ Cup of Old Fashion Oats ½ Cup Skim Milk ½ Sliced Bananas 1 Piece of Dove Milk Chocolate candy (cut up in little pieces) 2 Tbsp Truvia Sweetener In a Mason jar, combine all ingredients and let sit overnight in the refrigerator. Day 30 Insantiy Results Pics
No long story to tell. Completed 30 days about 2 weeks ago. I did skip some days and my diet was not 100% good. But I see a change and I'm still going.

NSV-Diabetes under control
My AC1 level has dropped 0.5 points putting my diabetes under control. No more meds me. Super duper happy right now.

Weight Training Help
I am trying to understand the difference from using your own body weight for resistance versus using weight. Tuesday,Thursday, and Saturday I do a boot camp style workout. With push ups, lunges, triceps dips, crunches..etc. So do I still need to add in some moves with weights to get lean muscles?

Couldn't stay away
Hello. I started TF on 1.9.12 but stopped in March to try 30DS, thinking I will see faster results. Not so much. So i'm back in my TF state of mind as of 3.19.12. I could'nt stay away from Chalene and her energy and the upbeat music. This is where I belong. LOL

Rule of thumb
Is it okay to do ab workouts and push ups everyday? I have read that you should give your muscle a rest for at least a day.

30 day Shred and 6 week to 6 pack
Do you do these straight thru with no rest day or is it 3x a week/4x a week? I just bought both of them and I'm not sure how many times a week I should be doing this.

Is it better to workout in the AM or PM? I heard you burn more fat working out in the AM.

On my thrid week of Turbo Fire and HIIT 25 beat my butt yesterday. SMH. But I burned 435 cals, so I'll take that.

My HRM Is a Lie
Help. I think my HRM is giving me false results. It said I burned 1098 calories from Turbo Fire Core (20 Min)+ Turbo Fire Strecth (40 mins) That seems to good to be true. I have the New Balance HRM that just goes on your wrist, no chest strip. Am I wrong, could this be right? (please say its right)

Day 1 Weight 181.4lbs Waist 44inches Hips 40inches Day 29 Weight 177lbs Waist 42.5inches Hips 39inches Thats a total of 2.43% weight loss!!! I can't weight to see day 60 results. Success is my only option.

SO GLAD I FOUND THIS SITE. MY FRIEND TURN ME ON TO THIS AND I LOVE IT. EXCITED TO START THIS NEW JOURNEY. I'M 31 AND HAVE 2 KIDS UNDER 5 YEAS OLD. I HAVE BEEN MARRIED FOR 8 YEARS NOW. I HOPE I CAN BE AN EXAMPLE TO MY HUSBAND AND FAMILY AS WELL.
