Need new friends to keep me motivated, and who are into fitness and to help with diet and food I'm good with the fitness bit. But I can't stop the bad eating.

How do you get back into dieting again, HELP

protein shakes good or bad?
whats the word good or bad, got a cupboard full of it, was going to have it for breakfast as i dont normally have any breakfast, need help to shift this weight. :drinker:

need more friends
needs friends to inspire me, seeing your weight lose mit make me keep going. could do with some fit friends to see what yous do to encourage me, and make me do more, i generally are quite fit, do classes 4 time a week, but i do like to eat and keep fit makes me more hungry . im under- active thyroid to so it doesn't help.…

twice a week 500 calores
Has anyone tryed the 500 calores twice a week and watch what you eat the rest of the week !!!!! If soo do's it work?
