I was eating dinner at one of my favorite restaurants and ordered one of my favorite meals: Breaded chicken with gnocche. I wanted to eat the entire meal so badly but had to tell myself that "just this one time" adds up. Do we need to eat 6 meals a day?
I never cared for 6 meals a day but a doctor said I had to keep my blood sugar leveled and eat every 3 hours. So I have a small snack in between meals but I wonder if it's really necessary. Thoughts?

Lost Fat but Gained Weight. What does that mean?
This past week I didn't follow my diet as I normally do but I kept drinking plenty of water. On the scale I gained 3lbs and lost 2 points in fat. What does that mean? I didn't do any strength training but I did walk more than usual. Thanks!

Do you have a cheat/break from counting day?
I’m following the LOSE 1 lb per week setting which is fine from Monday –Friday but when it comes to Saturday and Sunday I overdue it and end up losing ½ pound a week instead of 1. I was wondering if I switched to LOSE 1-1/2 lb per week and continue with my two cheat days would I still lose 1 lb per week. Does anyone else…
