What is a good beginners arm exercise to do at home? How often should I change it up?

Why just arms? It's usually best to do a full-body lifting routine, including legs.
What equipment do you have available?0 -
I know leg exercises more than arms. I have 2lb weights, exercise ball and actual stairs.0

Pushups, pullups, and chinups.
This is an awesome product, and it works very well. I've had the same one for years.

Might be able to find it for less also, but it's worth it regardless.0
