NSV with pics
I am posting these pics because all my friends and co-workers keep telling me how much I have lost. I have only lost about 4 pounds, but about 10 + inches. The first pic was taken on Day 2 of 30 day shred4/1/12), second one on day 12 and last one was taken this morning after about 22 days of doing the shred (5/5/12).

Shopping Who Knew it Could Actually be Fun!
First I will give you a little background information. I am a shorty, only 5'1.5 (and yes the half an inch counts hehe). When I started on this journey last year I had gained to the point I was bigger than I had been in my life. My eyes were opened to just how big I was when I had to start buying size 14 ( I know some will…

Ok, I have to vent! I have been working out and eating more healthy for about 11 weeks consistantly and since Jan off and on to April. I have lost 16 pounds and about 15 inches (I haven't checked measurements in the last two weeks) and down from a size 14 to a 10-8. My coworker was in my classroom during conference today…

Sisters comment that meant so much!
While at a family gathering at the lake, instead of sitting around just eating.....I decided to take a few laps around the camping loop. My sister decided she would join me. Now to preface this story my sister was a four year letterman in high school and a state competitor for track and cross country running all four years…

Pics from Day 2 and Day 12 of 30 DS
I was surprised at the amount of results I have had after 35 days of working out. I do not have my folder with my inches lost since starting this journey. I hope this works. http://i594.photobucket.com/albums/tt28/mgs68pony/backday2resize.jpg http://i594.photobucket.com/albums/tt28/mgs68pony/backday12resize.jpg…

I did not notice getting nauseous during the first few days, but as I seem to progress I am getting extremely nauseous, even got sick and actually puked one day. I have been a pre-diabetic for several years(one of the reasons I want to loose weight and get healthier) . I was out…

a small NSV
Well got on the scales this morning.....no loss, but I am not bummed. I survived a weekend of eating out with friends, a wedding reception and Easter dinner at my parents with the family.......so no loss NOT a problem because at least it wasn"t a gain! I did check measurements and after six grueling days of 30DS I…

A little discoraged today!
I am a little discouraged today. I have been working out like crazy for almost three weeks. I have consistantly lost 1 pund every 3-4 days for total loss of 2 a week. I am using MFP to keep track of calories. I had a gain of one pound today. I am bummed about this and trying not to start stress eating bacuse of it.

question about nutritional values
I noticed that my nutritional values changed this week. I am now allowed to have more fat and sugar. Why has this changed? I haved logged in daily for 12 days(food and exercise). I am working out 6 days a week and minimum of 30 mins. I am still very new to MFP. Thanks!
