I was about to post and decided to do a search first on this topic! Glad I am not the only one. I usually don't get this sleepy, but WOW all I want to do this morning is go to sleep! I was a little bit concerned , but see now it's not that uncommon. I will just stay hydrated and eat righ for the rest of the day! :yawn:

Are you taking your body measurements? I finally figured out that the scale does not always show your hard work and efforts. I may not loose any pounds but loosing inches, I would feel good about the way I look and feel than be stressed over the what number the scale AKA devil box shows. You are doing great, don't give up!

^^^^^^^^^ this for sure! There are some exercises you can do from a chair and walking would be good choices. Just don't over do it on matter you choose to do. Start out like you can hold out. Remember the road to becoming healthy is a marathon not a sprint. Good Luck! You Can Do This!

I am a 36 DD and i tried several brands and wearing two of them before finding one I liked. I ended up liking a NIKE with lots of support. (razor back with adjustable strap) The "girls" move very little now and I love that! Good Luck finding one that works for you.

I can't believe it but this is exactly where my goals are headed. I am almost 45 and now sit at about 147. My goal is to loose 1/2 pound a week and meet the 140 goal by Thanksgiving or before.

I know I was the most unhappy person when it came to shopping for clothes and swimsuits!?!?!?!?!?!?!? My poor husband was so wonderful but said a few days ago when we were shopping how much more enjoyable it was for him now too! :happy:

I do not trust the body fat on my scales, too many factors that cause it to be so different. I starting using the navy body fat calculator I found online. I take measurements every few weeks and use them to calculate my fat percentages. http://fitness.bizcalcs.com/Calculator.asp?Calc=Body-Fat-Navy

Congrats! I still weigh weekly but I take my measurements every two weeks. I was very frustrated in the beginning of this journey until......my husband finally encouraged me to start tracking measurements. I notice from day to day my can fluctuate especially if my blood pressure is a little higher than normal or I am just more stressed or tired. I would definitely have it checked out if it continues to concern you. Good Luck!

I too have realized weight is just a number......one that doesn't really control me. I want to be a size 6, currently a size 8. (I am only 5'2") I know I can not reach this in one month, but hope to get close. My actual goal is September first to be a size 6. I would like to loose 1/2 pound a week.

Where and what type of caliper did you get? The closer I get to my goal weight the more interested in loosing body fat. i know I am in the overweight or even obese category.
