    Hey all! Tiny babe clocking in at 4'10". Right now my weight is all over the place. My UGW is somewhere between 115-120, but I'd really ultimately like to get my BF% down to 20% or less. So long as I'm toned, I'm golden.

    I am 5'2" would like to be be 150- 160lb that's a comfortable weight for me. I was comfortable in my clothes then. Now 2 kids later not so comfortable....but since I have started eating better and exercising I feel more confident!!

    My goal changes a lot but I would like to be under 140 pounds in general.

    My current goal is to be as close as 28 inches around my navel. Also I would like to have Michelle Obama arms.

    5'2 and 140 is my goal! Not "healthy" by BMI, but I felt fantastic at that weight (I gained some weight I lost back). When I reach 140 solidly, I may strive for 135, as that would make me bare minimum healthy according to the BMI scale, but honestly, I feel and look healthy at 140.


    I can't believe it but this is exactly where my goals are headed. I am almost 45 and now sit at about 147. My goal is to loose 1/2 pound a week and meet the 140 goal by Thanksgiving or before.

    I'm 4 foot 11 and my goal weight has always been 100-110. My mom weighed that much in high school at 2 inches taller...so it was always kind of what I was striving for. That being said, I'm incredibly big-boned with a large frame, so I've never gotten there. My highest was 140 ish, and my lowest ever was 115. Right now I'm about 120-122...but I def feel there's room for improvement!

    Im 5'0 and Im supposed to weigh between 115-125... but I don't want to be that small lol. I like being around 150-160 lbs. So that's mt goal.

    My goal weight is 130 lbs., but I've been stuck at 165-170 lbs for 3-4 months. Down from 265. Haven't sen 130 lbs since 1985. Was 160 lbs in 2004. I wear size 12s and 14 (most are too large). Goal is size 8. I have a small frame and am 5'2".

    I'm 5'3 currently weighing at 189 lbs. I currently wear a size 16 in jeans (tight fit). lol. My goal is currently 137 lbs. It may change once I get there because I don't ever remember what is to be like to be 137 lbs. I am curious to see what size jeans I would wear at my goal weight.

    I was 111 kgs or 244 lbs.
    I am going into the reserves - army.
    Right now I am maintaining my weight for a few weeks then building muscle.. not sure what my weight will be.
    I am quite curvy but I know I won't be much larger then I am now..
    I am a size 6 and I used to be a size 24..

    Hello! I am 5"2" and I currently weigh 141lbs...i want to loose 15 pounds to get down to 126lbs. Just finished university (where I gained 1 stone) so now im ready to loose the weight again! I love to run and do yoga so hopefully I can do it within a few months.
    SO hard to cut down on the treats and beer!

    Hi, I am 5 ft. Current weight 140. goal weight 125. I did bikram yoga for a year and went down to 110 in 2009. Felt fantastic. But after pregnancy with twins i am back at 140. The twins are going to be 3 now though :)
    Just setting a realistic goal of 125 for now.

    My goal is between 125 and 135. But my hips are really wide, idk if its that doable yet because i have never bee that small. We'll see when it gets closer.

    Your before is very close to my before, I am 5'1 and started at 252. My CW is 202
