    I'm 4'11 and I was my healthiest and happiest at 92lb but I fall well below the 'small' frame category measurements. Post baby I'm not sure I'll get down that low again, I'm 109lb at the moment and I'm working on toning up and staying healthy rather than weight loss. I suspect I shall loose a bit more as I tone but it'll be a natural drop rather than a counted one. I am no longer counting calories.

    Five foot 1 - current weight 146 - looking to get to 136...

    Truthfully I look pretty good at 140 but I want my BMI in the healthy range...

    154 cm or 5'1 and I'm at goal: range 55-57 kg or 121-126 lb

    I'm 5'3 and currently 15st 4 (214lb) and a UK size 18/20, Ideally I want to get down to 9st 7lb or a UK size 12 whichever comes first, i've been big for quite a while now, even before I fell pregnant, and tried loads of different plans but i've lost weight calorie counting before so I know I can do it again

    Hello. I'm 5'4'' and 19. I'm incredibly pear shaped lol My doctor last year told me I should weigh around 115-120.
    But muscle is heavier so who knows what I'll weigh.
    I just need 20 more pounds to drop to 120. I think it will be a very difficult task.

    I'm 5'2" I wanna be 115 but at the end of this summer, I think I'm most likely gonna be 120-125.

  • I'm 5'2" & never weighed over 110lbs until my 40's. When I hit menapause at 50 I gained up to 159lbs. I've lost down to 149lbs w/excercise & low carb. I would love to weigh 125lbs.

    I'm 5"4, and looked my best at 125. At 140 now, and it looks ok, but some padding around the hips/thighs that could definitely go :)

    I'm 5'2. I would like to be 135 at the heaviest. Ultimate goal weight would be ideally 115-110.
  • 5'1 and my highest weight was 260. I am trying to hit a goal of 170 then hopefully reach 150 as my final weight. I want to be 150 with a good amount of muscle mass which is my main goal.

    I.m 5'5" and I am aiming for 150. when i got to 160 i felt so uncomfortable in my own skin for a while until I got used to it. Now i know i can do 150 and maintain. I should be about 145-150 according to my doctors all these years.

    Im 5'4 and my goal weight is 125. In my early 20's I was 110 which I was told all the time that I was to skinny, looked sick or like I had cancer, lol. So ideally I would like to be somewhere between 121-125. Im small boned but broad shoulders.
  • 5'3" and my initial goal is somewhere between 119-121lbs.
    I was 112 lbs before I gained weight (I wasn't skinny but just small boned) but I don't mind being heavier as long as it's from all the muscles I've been building :D

    I'm 5'2" and my weight loss goal is 130lbs. That is the last time I can remember having a flat stomach and feeling good about myself. I was fifteen years old. I am now twenty-eight (twenty-nine this weekend), and I want to feel good about myself again. I'm currently 206 (I was 215 when I started my weight loss journey, but just found this site today). Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

    I am 5'1" and I would like to be at 125. I am currently 151 and I am just getting started. I have three kids and it is hard to get out and exercise but I do the best I can.

    I'm 5' & my goal weight is 107. I started at 147 & am now at 118. It's taken a lot of diet change & exercise but I'm getting there.

    I am 5' and my goal is 120. I am quite curvy so I don't think I will be able to get below that, but anything around there would be fine by me as long as I feel comfortable. Have about 30lbs to go.
  • I'm 5'2 and have a current goal of 135 which is where I'm usually healthiest at, but when I get there I'll reevaluate and possibly go down to 125. I gain muscle very easily so "healthy" for me is usually a bit heavier than the normal weight for my height.
  • I am 5'1 and I weigh 197. My goal is 130. I'm big boned so after that I'll see where I go. I'm just getting started.

    I'm 5'1" and started at 224 pounds. I'd like to lose 100 pounds and I'm already 1/6 of the way there! :)
