help

Ok, I am up for suggestions. I was consistantly loosing 2 pound per week and was very happy about this amount of loss. I am working out 6-7 days a week. I have taken 2 rest day is the past 25 days. I am staying under my calories and usually( not so good today, stress eating) staying within my fat, carbs and sugar. The past two weeks I have been roller coaster with the weight, up one, down 2.5 then today up 1.5. My food and exercise journal is public. Please help, I am getting a little discouraged.

When you stall, you need to make a change. Up your exercise. I see 20 minutes of circuit training. Is that a JM video? You need to get some consistent hard cardio in.

Change your eating. Try doing low carb for a few weeks.

My personal opinion is that the JM workouts are ineffective for most people. It's not enough good cardio or weights for that matter.

Get in good hard cardio, eat your base line calories and if you want, do your best to eat the exercise calories. If you don't fit in every single last one, then that's just life.

Worrying about exercise calories shouldn't deter you from exercising. That's counterproductive.

I totaly agree with you, but I keep hearing if I don't eat them back I will go into starvation mode and will not be able to loose any more. So confused. haha!

    Thanks for your insight!

I think working out 6-7 days a week is kind an overkill. When I was looking into the military I was recommended to prepare for bootcamp with 5 days of working. While it may shed the weight quicker, it'll also burn your body out incredibly fast as you aren't giving it anytime to regroup and develop the exercises are you doing to it. Muscles need days off to grow. This is all from the past experiences, good luck though!
