Just finished a one hour class probably could consider it HIIT, running, rowing, jump squats, burpees etc. how do I put that in my diary?

MapMyRun / MFP calories
Just finished a 4 mile run, the sync isn't working so I manually added Run 5.2 for 46 minutes and it gave me almost half the calories burned as MMR gave me. It was a very flat path so shouldn't be incline. Are there always discrepancies between these two apps?

Snack post work pre workout?
I'm hungry by the time I'm off work so I eat a little snack before my run but then I get cramps. I don't want to delay running, dog needs his exercise. Are certain foods better than others?

"Eating switch"
I've heard on tv shows and movies that "I flipped the eating switch" ...meaning they stated eating junk food and couldn't stop. Is that a real thing? I believe it. Ate cake for a birthday and then it was like game over on all my healthy choices. Tips for bouncing back?

How do you reward yourself without spending calories or cash? It seems like when I don't reward myself with food anymore rewards come with a dent in my bank account. How do you be healthy and financially responsible?

Stand-up paddle (SUP)
I am starting to get into stand-up paddle, for the fun of it, I love the water. It certainly takes some muscle if you do it for a long time. Has anyone seen SUP positively affect their overall health? I don't own a board so I don't know how often I could do it but I enjoy it and would love to do it more

Atkins shakes on non Atkins diet?
I bought the Mocha Latte Advantage Shakes from Atkins (mostly because they had real coffee in them)....but all these high-protein and meal replacement products are new to me so I don't really understand them. Is it ok to drink Atkins just as a low-cal meal replacement or do you need to be following the Atkins program?…
