I'm done!! I finished Jillians 30 day torture LOL I honestly cannot believe that I stuck with it this time!!! I did 30 days of shredding and I can tell. Watched the super bowl, made fresh bruschetta so I could control the "calories", and homemade buffalo chicken chunks with boneless skinless breast meat, cornmeal with scant flour, pan fried and a side of buffalo sauce "no cal" for dipping. I cannot do any of the ab moves, I was doing the Pedelum exercise and felt a bigger tear in my ab.
