  • I get this way if I'm the least bit dehydrated, literally sitting on the floor waiting for the oven to beep while cooking. Once I get back my hydration I'm good - Coconut water usual does the trick for me. :wink: just an idea for you. Hope you feel up to par soon :)

You can always try again!!! 20 Minutes you deserve for yourself, Other exercise does count but if you can get the shred in daily, maybe take off a day or 2 on the weekend if you need it, you'll see great results.
