I'm riding on the struggle bus. I'm 5'2" and up to 177lbs. I get motivated and tired of feeling blah, get on my walking pad for a good week straight and start lifting, and then the bottom falls out; I feel worse about myself than before, and boom - stuck! I'm battling a bit of depression, nothing serious, though. Menopause…

I get this way if I'm the least bit dehydrated, literally sitting on the floor waiting for the oven to beep while cooking. Once I get back my hydration I'm good - Coconut water usual does the trick for me. just an idea for you. Hope you feel up to par soon :)

Interesting, I need to get in and get my levels checked. I know my D is low but it's typical for me during the 9 months of no sun in Minnesota. I do take a daily D supplement but never thought of B12.

-
Good to hear! I had many days where I would miss it and then later at night after the kids went to bed I would get it done. I almost felt guilty like I was cheating myself If I didn't get it done =) 20 Minutes isn't too bad, just seems hard to fit sometimes... Good Luck!! You can so do this!!! Stef
-
It's hard to stick to it. You can always try again!!! 20 Minutes you deserve for yourself, Other exercise does count but if you can get the shred in daily, maybe take off a day or 2 on the weekend if you need it, you'll see great results. I did the shred and other exercises also. It's hard, life is sooo darn busy and full…
