Fitbit One Activity Question????
Hi All! Question, today I did not actually work out but spent almost 5 hours taking down decorations, vacuuming, scrubbing floors, etc....How can I track that on my fitbit? I am a newbie and still learning to drive. Any help is greatly appreciated! Cheers!

Splenda and weight gain???
Latest studies show a link between high glycemic foods and weight gain or lack off weight loss.....sucralose is mentioned which is what splenda is made of.....thoughts anyone? I use alot of splenda and cannot lose!

Eat less, Exercise more????
I thought to lose weight we should eat less and move more. However, everything I see on this board says to eat your calories back. How can I lose weight doing that? That sounds like maintanence to me. I am confused.

Frustrated!
I am so frustrated! I lost 4 lbs but haven't lost anything in weeks now! I meet my calorie goal and work out 5-6 times a week. I am 55 yrs old. Anyone else experiencing the same thing? I am wondering if I have metabolic syndrome. *SIGH*
