I have a friend that has lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks. If nothing else, she is motivated by her weight loss to hit the gym and get healthy. Sure, it may not work for everyone - but if it helps some people it is worth it!

I know! It makes me wonder about the 6 hours of exercise I do every week. I always believed it was 'Eat Less, Move More' but according to this article the 'Move More' isn't necessarily that important.......

I started doing this along with the arm challenge. A girl in my Zumba class has been doing it for a month and the results are AMAZING! Today was my second day and I can feel it already! :laugh:
