Hello, I just bought a Polar FT7, I LOVE IT!!! Two questions I have that the user manuel was not too clear on. Am I supposed to wet the chest strap each time I use it? Does it turn off? Thanks :)

Polar FT7
I just got my Polar FT7 in the mail yesterday. Is there no way to turn it off after you turn it on? Also doe this Polar have the OwnZone on it? If so how do you set that up? The manual is not super helpful. Thanks
