I just don't get it. I weigh 5 pounds more then when we left for vacation last Sunday. I was really good about eating right - Grilled chicken, sweet potato, salads, yogurt. We walked everywhere. Where did this weight come from? It is so discouraging.
I've been on my jouney since January. I've lost some weight but can't seem to lose inches in my waist and hips. My bust has decreased by 3 inches. My waist and hips have not decreased at all. My gym offers the Curves circuit so I've started to do that and still nothing. What am I doing wrong?

I was wondering if anyone else has this problem and what to do about it. If I eat a "heavy" meal like pasta or a 4 oz steak I show a 2 to 3 pound gain the next day. My calorie count stays between 1200 and 1400 per day.This weight gain does not go away with normal bowel movements. What is wrong?
