My son just started working on his BS Personal Fitness Merit badge. To keep him motivated I've decided to do it with him - 12 weeks of areobics, strength training and flexibility training. I'm looking forward to this 'cause I haven't worked at the exercise part of this weight loss, just calorie control. Now I need to tone up some flab. :glasses:

I'm an Asst. Scoutmaster and the Personal Fitness MB is one of the best ones. It helped me to get motivated to gain muscle and lose weight when I was a Scout. The only bad part is once I was finished with the badge I went back to my old ways :grumble:
Back on track now though! :drinker:0
